Last Updated: March 18, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DublinScope website and related content, including guides, articles, educational resources, and any contact or workshop interest forms (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by DublinScope Studio Ltd (“DublinScope,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Minimum Age
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you should use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Educational Nature of the Services
DublinScope provides educational and lifestyle-focused information about sneaker culture, footwear materials and construction, care routines, fit considerations, and streetwear styling fundamentals. The Services are offered for general informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional advice from a qualified specialist, such as a podiatrist, orthotist, or medical professional for foot pain, injury, or medical conditions.
Any examples, terminology explanations, or references to styles and categories are presented for education. The Services are not an online shop, and we do not provide investment, income, or resale-profit guidance. If you are seeking purchasing advice, use your own judgment and consult independent sources.
3. Changes to the Services
We may update, reorganise, add, remove, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We aim to keep the platform accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that all content will remain available or unchanged. Where changes materially affect these Terms, we will update the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, provide notice on the site.
4. Contact and Workshop Interest Forms
If the Services allow you to send a message or request workshop updates, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your message respectful and relevant. We use the details you submit to respond and to communicate about workshop availability or related educational updates. For more information on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
We do not promise that a workshop will be available at a particular time, in a particular format, or at a particular location. Any scheduling, capacity, or attendance requirements will be communicated separately if relevant.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, servers, or systems, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
